Customer service advisor I dealt with seemed poorly trained
I found them to seem unhelpful and frustrating


General Comments

I tried to order a Wii bundle from HMV. It contained Mario and Sonic at the Olympics. I spent 3 hours trying to process the order on the website. I eventually gave up and tried to ring the order through. The customer service adviser's computer crashed but after 20 minutes or so the order went through. I verbally ordered a Wii bundle with Mario and Sonic at the Olympics.

I was delighted when the Wii arrived less than 24hrs later. However the Mario and Sonic game was not there. I rang to say it had not been delivered. I received an apology but there was no offer of sending the game out, in fact I was told I would have to pay for it(again). Eventually, after I complained, I was told I would be contacted by email. I was contacted to be told I hadn't ordered the game. I rang again. Lots more apologies later HMV still had no answer to my problem. They would not send the game out. I was advised to write to head office to complain.

Can you imagine paying for something then being told you have to pay for it again or you wont receive it? I'm so angry and frustrated. That it is for my son's birthday makes it worse.
