There are no good points.
Bad Points
Too many to mention although have written letter of complaint to Head Office.
General Comments
The holiday at Combe Haven was a disaster from start to finish. Started with a dirty caravan and inexperienced unhelpful staff in Guest Services (one in particular). Two of our party of four departed on the Monday although we were booked in until the Friday. Enough said!
