I feel I received extremely poor service.


General Comments

Ordered some flowers from Woolworths for a birthday and found out the day after the flowers were supposed to be delivered that the order had been cancelled. No specific reason was given just a list that may have caused the cancellation! That didn't give solace to my 80 year old grandmother who was looking forward to her flowers on her birthday!
