General Comments

Although HMV are a little cheaper than other big websites, the process of ordering online on the HMV site was very very slow. It was frustrating when I had to keep refreshing the page during the ordering process, especially when I got to the card details and had to go all the way back to the beginning again - in the end I gave up and went to another site and paid a little more for the item.

Cheapest is not always the best way - I want good service so I'll pay that few pounds more for a fast online ordering process. I don't have time to sit around waiting for the website to speed up.
