General Comments

Very good service levels. I was recommended to them by a freind who is with them and had her house flooded. They paid to put it right without fuss. Cant buy insurance direct from them, only through their agents, but there is an online agent that has a Select and Protect will call you back facility at www.home-contentsinsurance.co.uk/ and it works - I tried it.

    I found this review very helpful because... I went to the website and filled in the form to be called back, and i was, bang on the time i asked for.
    They gave me a quote, which i was able to save, as i surfed for more quotes to compare with.
    In the end, because they treated me like i think a customer should be treated, i went with them, even though they were about 50 pence a month more for my insurance.
    I just want to add how helpful the review centre is in sourcing information before you buy.
