Good Points

New car upgraded 1 notch - prompt friendly service.


Bad Points

Damage to petrol filler area not pointed out or recorded. Their insistence that you call the police in the event of any accident or damage to enable an insurance claim to be made.


General Comments

When I identified damage to the petrol filler area rep said, " we know about that." Had I not noticed this damage until later I could have ended up calling the police to report an accident. Their insistence that you call the police in the event of any accident had me worried for the whole fortnight as half the time, up in the mountains, you don't know where you are and I certainly don't speak Greek - would be relying on police and operators speaking English - maybe they do. Anyway didn't have a bump, do hire a car its a fabulous island.
