Friendly customer service.


Bad Points

Huge increases in cost.


General Comments

The cost for my 7 year old dog started at around £8 (when he was 6 months old). I have complained in the past at the steep rises and was told it was due to increase in vet fees. The renewal has just arrived and they now want £33 a month, this is a step too far and I am now going to change insurers. They are almost double the cost of some other insurers for much the same cover.
