General Comments

I just bought this Eureka 8800-8849 vacuum the other day and after 30 minutes of the first try. It was no longer operable. Basically some hair got tangled around on the endcap of the roller and burnt up whatever adhesive or fitting was on the end cap of the roller. So the roller will not operate without making a loud obnoxious noise at it will rattle around when operating. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Eureka, is this a flaw in the design?

Is this not a defect with the product? I rate a 0 becuase I haven't had a chance to use it. How can I rate something that I cannot use after this first try.
