Just gone right downhill in the last three months or so.


General Comments

I joined My Moviestream over 18 months ago, and they were reliable with a pretty good service. Three to four months ago, the discs dried up, and I was getting two to three a month - this is for a 12.99 two discs at a time service that used to provide around 10 to 12 discs a month.
I complained via email and asked for an explanation for the terrible service I had started receiving. I got a reply that tried to say that it was my fault for having too many new releases in my list and that I should try to broaden my movie viewing horizons by adding more older (classic?) movies to my list - I have umpteen channels on Virgin TV that can provide that. I have always had newer releases in my list, but this only appeared to be a problem for them in the last few months.
If it was my fault, I have rectified that by leaving them and I am going to give Blockbuster a shot.
