The exit


Bad Points

My family had spent a week in Cornwall and had done quite a lot going to different attractions, we had bad weather but that didn't stop us and we had a very good week. We decided to go to Flambards and whilst my older boys went off to the rides I thought I would take my 17 month old daughter in to the soft play area, we could not get in to the first one as it was too busy and adults were actually sat in the soft play area and you could not move, we went to the Entrainment area but was told it was full, the second play area was also busy but I managed to find a seat, I complained twice to the girl behind the counter after my daughter was trampled on by an adult and then hit in the face with a ball from an older child...... considering this was meant to be a toddler area and the safety issues were atrocious I went to see the manager, to tell you the truth I wish I had not bothered, he is very arrogant and not very understanding.


General Comments

The rides are very dated, the staff do not seem happy possibly having a manager that is miserable himself, they are not very helpful and there is no supervision in the soft play areas, they seem to get extremely busy and are ill equipped to deal with this as we found out and you do not see anyone cleaning the rubbish up.
