General Comments

I took a flight with SAS airlines from Dusseldorf to Kiev through Copenhagen. It was my first trip with SAS airline. From Copenhagen to Kiev flight # 1738. I was very tired from the previous SAS flight and took a different seat in the same class cabin. There were at least 15 open seats. The flight attendant very impolitely told me to get back to my seat. It's the first time that happen to me, and I'm flying once a week. Customer Service is very low. They even did not offer a glass of water. In addition they loaded wrong immigration forms on board. This was my worst flight ever. I guess that was my last trip with SAS.
