Good Points

Flexible, easy to use software. Staff are easy to get on the phone when you need them.


Bad Points

Custom Programming may take a little longer than expected to get done.


General Comments

I've been using the 3dcart software for a few months - I actually migrated from another cart. The reason for my move was due to the large amount of features 3dcart offers in their platform - it's extremely flexible. The only issue I had was that I needed a specific form custom programmed into my site - the form came out great, but it took about 2 weeks to build. Now, I realize that it took a little longer than expected, but the truth is, most other solutions out there won't even custom program something for you if you need it.

At this point, my store is very easy to manage and I call technical support about once a month or so. Maybe some others have had a bad experience with them, but I have not. They have always been able to help me with any answers I need. I would recommend them to anybody.
