Bad Points
Adding credit takes about 30 minutes. Not the easiest for a beginner to VOIP, due to needing to configure manually the softphone.
General Comments
Future Nine ofers an excellent service. I am hooked. No complaints. very impressed. Amazing quality sound. Low rates. All destinations covered. Cheaper than a local call for many places. also works well with wifi.
