General Comments
2 years ago i had a membership with Cannons on a 12 month contract of which about 9 months in i wished to cancel because the facilities id not really justify the money.
So i asked about cancelling, they said i was locked into my contract so i waited it out and on the last day of my contract i rang up the local gym (CANNOCK) where they confirmed the cancellation.
10 months later they are still taking money form my account at an increased rate. I tried ringing there head office number but no response. But when i ring there become a new member line less than 3 rings before a response.
I've emailed several times, no response, ive phoned and no one wants to talk to me to resolve this issue.
They still even send me promotional material asking me to rejoin via the post
