Bad Points

-I have experienced Poor Service
-The Product I have keeps breaking


General Comments

My boyfriend bought me a cz pendant from H. Samuel for our anniversary in January. Since then I have had six replacements as the claws that hold the stone in place, don't seem to and the stone keeps coming out. I am now on my 7th necklace which was given to me as a replacement, only for it to be apparently sold to me broken. I have written to head office and received no reply yet. In my opinion, the service and products are very disappointing.
