Good Points

The First 3 pieces of furniture arrived 3 days earlier than expected. This was without prior arrangement and just happened to be lucky that we were home to receive goods.


Bad Points

The fourth piece of furniture that was in stock the day that we ordered took over 3 weeks (14 days after the delivery date given) and when contacted there was still no delivery date available. I cancelled goods and waited another 2 weeks for the money to be put back into my account, and it was a fight to get it put back in this time.


General Comments

I would not use Additions Direct again as I feel the service I received was less than poor. They were contacted on a number of occasions and I never received a reply when I was told they would contact me. Delivery from North to South Wales took over 3 weeks and still didn't arrive and still no delivery date given. Was told money would be put into my account in 7 days, after the 8th I again contacted them and was told that this had not been arranged and would need to wait another 7 days.

I feel as though the company and the employees I dealt with did not value me as a customer, even though I placed an order amounting to over £400. I felt that no attempt was made to put this issue right. I would never recommend them to anyone.
