Good Points

- Quiet
- Lightweight
- Powerful
- So much easier to use compared to an upright
- Robust


Bad Points

So far - none. I think the plastic lid covering the in-built tools is not as robust as I'd like but it seems strong enough. the two-year warranty is a plus.


General Comments

Before this Miele Cat & Dog Canister Vacuum 326i we had a Dyson for many years (their most powerful upright) and found it generally excellent. That said, we have always noticed that lots of dust quickly settling on our black piano and TV stand in between cleaning. We decided to switch to the Miele (having read so many excellent reviews on Amazon, Good Housekeeping Magazine and Which?). What is our experience? Excellent - truly! The dust has, quite simply, disappeared. Frankly, we remain quite amazed. It seems pretty certain that our Dyson was simply not removing all of the dust. The Miele gets 5* from us both - it's quiet, lightweight and so easy to use. The two motorised heads are invaluable and very effective.
