Good Points

very good on my tiled kitchen floor ,really lifts dirt and i feel the steam makes this much cleaner.


Bad Points

lead is not long enough i have to keep unplugging it to find a closer socket.


General Comments

i would recommend this HT824 steam mop i have had mine for 3 years and in that time i have used 3 cleaning pads every time the large kitchen floor and hall to garden is washed, i use three as this makes washing the pads after use easy and i think this helps the life of the pads,these 3 pads are all i have had in three years.
