Excellent airport, planes, inflight service, and food.
Bad Points
I canceled a flight and asked for a refund last May. It is now almost November and still no refund! I have called, written, emailed, and gone to the the office in person....nothing has happened.
General Comments
Terrible customer service. No one follows through and takes care of the problems...at least that has been my experience these past six months.
