General Comments

I Chose my engagement ring from H Samuel, had it for 8 months and the diamond fell out. The shop told me I would have a new ring in 7 days once a quality assurance check had been completed.
It actually took 2 months for them to replace my ring and that was me calling the shop and customer services constantly.
When I got the new ring they advised it was a faulty batch and it wont happen again.
Guess what a few months down the line another diamond has fallen out.
Called customer services who said I had to bring ring into the shop, when I did this, was advised that the manager was on holiday and can't do anything till she is back.
I not only have been without my engagement ring for long periods but I feel that the customer service has been dreadful.
I will never buy anything from here again.
As soon as I get my refund I'm off to ernest jones.

    Sorry to hear about your bad experience, do you find Ernest Jones to be much better quality? I'm trying to decide where to get my engagement ring from.

    DONT GO TO ERNEST JONES!!!

    IVE ONLY JUST GOT MY REFUND MY FIANCE BROUGHT MY ENGAGEMENT RING IN MAY PROPOSED TO ME IN JUNE, IN AUGUST A STONE FELL OUT, IT WAS REPLACED ONLY FOR THE SAME TO HAPPEN AGAIN!!!

    THEY WERE AWFUL, I'M TAKING MY REFUND TO SAMUELS!!

    Please be aware that Ernest Jones and H Samuel are part of the same chain, so you could be dealing with the same customer service...
