I am on my second contract with Cannons (I was a member 8 years ago for a couple of years and just stopped going so stopped the contract), my wife was with Cannons 2-3 years ago and we had a nightmare stopping the contract for her, yes the debt collectors letters etc. We are both members again of the Surbiton Cannons via PruHealth and this time we are both making an effort to keep the momentum of regular visits even if it is just to use the pool for an hour or so. I think that Cannons staff are helpful and seem to know the answers to most of the questions asked of them. With the PruHealth scheme the price of the monthly membership starts high £50 per adult per month but can quickly drop to around £20 per month for the gym membership if you use it enough.
I would recomend Cannons to friends and yes I have read all the small print of their contract.
