Holds account for no reason, horrible customer service.


General Comments

I had my Capital One platinum visa for 6 months before I started having problems, several times my card was declined for unknown reasons and then when I would call them and there would be a hold on my account, they would tell me that I placed the hold on it, which i never did. I never missed a payment, and I was no where close to the limit. I would remove the supposed hold with them over the phone and then several weeks later I would have to go through the entire process again. I eventually just stopped using the card and paid it off.
