Good Points
I have been baking with this oven for the past few days using the different types of cooking methods available - and it really does make a difference. I haven't found any hot spots yet - it bakes evenly throughout. It even has a larger capacity than the oven it replaces (Servis).
Bad Points
None so far. Maybe the stainless steel finish wasn't the smartest choice because of fingerprints, but that can be prevented with a good polish to seal the surface.
General Comments
In no particular order of importance -
The Neff B1442 is quiet. When the fan-assist was on for the first time, I had to look and see if the fan blades were spinning.
The glass window is much larger and you can see the interior of the whole oven. Also, the brighter watt lamp helps you easily see what is cooking inside.
It does such a good job of holding in heat, Neff suggests on longer cooking times you can turn the oven off 10 minutes or so early.
The controls are clearly marked - the door opens smoothly and seats firmly.
