my mum had a recent delivery of an XPS that needed the OS reinstalling. Not good.
General Comments
I think I am the lucky one. One laptop, an inspiron 530 and dimension 3110. Quick delivery, no issues with any, the dimension 3110 is a few year old and still pretty quick. All are pretty much bottom of the range. All used for work. Laptop has survived a few trips abroad. all pretty cheap. make sure you go to the offers section though or you might end up paying an extra £50+ for the same thing. value for money. I would good back. reading other reviews it sounds like i am the lucky one.
