Good Points
Nice interface, well designed and easy to use.

Bad Points
Often painfully slow to access or utilize any folder, thus highly inconvenient if you use your account for business purposes.
The complaints by users about the amount of spam sent to runbox accounts are accurate ( often 300+ daily) and the quantity that slips past the spam filter is huge and time consuming to deal with, no matter how much effort is expended in "training" the filter.

General Comments
Originally runbox was a good service with a large amount of storage for the price.

Times have changed however, and it has become more expensive than several other services offering similar or better options, customer service and storage.

I've been a runbox.com customer for several years and have reluctantly decided that the inconvenience of switching mail services will be necessary in the very near future.
