It kept a nice log of addresses.
Bad Points
Lasted only long enough for the warranty to run out.
General Comments
I sent the Palm TX back to the company because my paper work did not give any other location nor was there a phone number to call. After 1 month and 19 days it was returned saying they did not accept unsolicited products. Even though it was their own. I dont feel they were helpful when it came down to my problem. Just sell the product and move on in my opinion. I should have listened to the people who wrote the reviews. Many seemed to have had the same experience of it not lasting but a short time..
