Ordering online is easy - ordering from catalog is easy
Some of the clothing is 'ok'.


General Comments

Where to start...
I returned 4 items, out of 6 from my last order. I thought they seemed cheaply made, cheesy material, 'faded' looking. It has been 6 weeks, with NO refund showing up on my card yet. I haven't called YET. I thought I'd give them a chance before writing a negative review.
In addition, most of the clothing also seems to be for younger generations. I'm 58 and appreciate good fit and style.

Whew. In future, I'll stick with my favorites such as LL Bean, Lands End, Nordstroms and other high end women's clothing companies. They never give you a hassle about returns (and I've returned only about 1% of what I've purchased from either).
