Good Points

Good set of features, easy to use.


Bad Points

Could be expensive. The least expensive plan is $35.99/mo, if you have only 1 item to sell, its a bit expensive.


General Comments

I build my store in about 3 weeks. I used support here and there but mainly built it myself using the documentation provided. Phone support is available but only during day time (9 until 6PM est), other than that, they have a ticket system which lets you submit questions at any time. They do have staff that monitor those quesitons, but you may not get an answer unti the next day. One night I messed up and deleted my products, I submitted a ticket and a staff member contacted me shortly after.

I used other solutions before ending up here, overall I am very happy with 3dcart, support was there when I needed them, and the software is pretty easy to manage so I don't have to call every day like I used to when using other solutions. Well recommend 3dcart.com as a shopping cart.
