Good Points

Fab machine shame about the bread pan.


Bad Points

The bread pan!!! I have since greased the pan, but need to do this as soon as l get the replacement ... maybe it will increase the life of the pan?


General Comments

I have had my SD253 for 4 years and it is GREAT - the bread is wonderful - we are into olive bread at the mo. l would suggest adding 1 1/2 to 2 tbspns olive oil to the recipe as this really improves the texture of the bread, and would probably prevent drying out if the bread lasted longer than a day or two!!
