Very good mid- range and top end. Look fantastic on stands next to my system.
Bad Points
Tend to struggle with REALLY low frequencies at high volume levels, but then again that could just be the amp...?
General Comments
Was totally impressed with them at the shop. Took them home and put them on a Yamaha AX-396, which drove them rather well, thanks to the mos-fets. But I still prefer the detailed highs from the Marantz PM-50 I managed to get my hands on. As mentioned above though, it struggles with the deap base, being an IC amp. It is amazing what a difference an amp makes on speakers. The Kef's really shine on the Marantz at medium levels.

I feel the KEF iQ3 bookshelf speakers are fantastic performers for the $500 asking price. I am positively amazed at how well these perform, even in my non-treated room.
