The hotel on top of the beach was amazing..... but be aware that you will be harrased 24/7 by people trying to sell things to you or to book you an appointment for a massage to be done.... When we first arrived at the Conrad our first thoughts were wow, the hotel looked amazing and the staff was very friendly first of all. We were then told to leave our bags outside the front of the hotel and one of the bell boys will bring them to your room..... we were bit concerned about this but we were tired and just wanted to get to our room to see what it was like. We stayed in the old apartments so they like to call it and what we saw was disgusting, the bathroom was full of dirt and grime, the apartment itself wasn't what we thought.... we asked for a double bed and was amazed to find that two single beds were pushed together. Anyway half an hour later our bags haven't arrived at this point we started to get worried so we called reception twice to be told "yes they are coming now!"...... an hour and a half later they arrived to much frustration. Also to put the cherry on the cake our bath and shower was not working either.
After 20 calls to reception we were moved to the new apartments over looking the new pool which I have to say was fantastic. But being a young couple on holiday there really isn't anything to do around the hotel of a night we got bored really easy and found out that many other young couple were too. The food was the same everyday as well which was disappointing. Disappointed with Hotel Conrad on the whole whole.....
