Bad Points

Site claimed items were available, gathered my details and then identified items as not in stock. I returned to the site and the item is still shown as available (green).


General Comments

My first interaction Additions Direct, looking for a hard to find item. I dislike particularly that the item continues to be shown as available and the only point at which stock was confirmed was after my registration information was collected.
