We eventually made it to our destination
Bad Points
EVERY employee we encountered was rude. Flight was delayed two hours. Did not honor promise to reimburse us for expenses.
General Comments
Flight was delayed more than two hours, getting us to our destination after midnight. BMI employees told us to get a hotel locally, then come back to the airport for our rental car and to get reimbursed for our hotel. Not only would BMI not reimburse us when we returned the following day, their customer service department is still refusing to reimburse us.
