Good Points

Very few if any


Bad Points

1. Very long winded number choice systems just to report a fault
2. From my experience incredibly slow systems (eg 4-5 weeks to process a cheque).


General Comments

1. Payments sent by cheque got lost and though they have cashed it they seem unable to find where the cash has gone.
2. They cut off my phone without warning even though I paid the bill some 3 weeks before
3. They refused to accept modern electronic transfers via the internet as their "system people" are still working on it !
4. When I finally got through to Customer Care their systems crashed on 4 successive calls and so I had to be transferred to yet another office each time.
5. This is called customer service?
