General Comments

Car in need of repair. Car dirty. No fuel. Stereo not working. Unfriendly staff. etc. In addition you may well receive a very poor service. Especially at the Marleybone branch in London. Having rented a car from Budget Marylebone office in London I seriously regret my action. This rental for me was nothing but a nightmare! I blame myself for not researching enough before renting from Budget Car Rental. I was fooled by the name thinking is well established but I was wrong. It was franchised! Very dissapointed with services. I will never again rent from Budget.
