General Comments

I ordered a flower basket from Just Flowers for my parents' 40th Anniversary. I found JustFlowers by Googling 'Same Day Flower delivery' because I wanted them THAT DAY (which was the day before their anniversary.) I paid an express delivery charge ($13.99) on top of the other charges. They WEREN'T delivered. Nor were they received the next day. After I called to find out where the order was, the staff member I spoke to begged for the chance to make it up to me by refunding the express delivery charges and giving me $10 off my order. OK. Only THEY WEREN'T DELIVERED THAT DAY, EITHER. NOR THE NEXT DAY. So now the anniversary is two days past, no flowers have been received, and I call AGAIN, sit on hold AGAIN, talk to them AGAIN, and tell them I want to cancel the order and get a full refund on my credit card. They say they have processed the cancellation and will email me confirmation. That was almost 24 hours ago, and I have received nothing yet. No refund, no email, no flowers. Obviously I'm furious.
