General Comments

Everything - Staff seemed rude and unhelpful to me. I bought an item but when i took it home realised it had a hole in it where the tag was. I went back to the shop to exchange it but there was nothing i wanted and the shop assistant told me that everything in the shop had a hole from the security tag. I asked if there was anything without a hole and she said no everything will have a hole. I Asked for a refund and was told they don't do refunds, i asked for a credit note and was told they don't do credit notes i even asked if they could give me a gift voucher but was told they don't do gift vouchers either. I was really annoyed at this point so looked around the shop again and found a knitted cardigan which you wouldn't notice a hole in but as it was cheaper that the item i had originally purchased i would loose the rest of my money. Eventually after telling them i would complain and notify everyone of their faulty items i got a refund. I would never shop here again.
