Bad Points

I feel this product is poor quality and that I received very bad service. I have not received any replies to emails or phone calls yet.
Still have not supplied me with the correct items 6 months after order was placed.


General Comments

Ordered the Tutti Bambini Jake Cot Bed in Feb, and they didn't have correct items so delivered substitutes on loan. 6 months later still hadn't received original items ordered. When I asked for a refund I was told £150 for delivery would be deducted and I was given use of the loan items. Told them that I would like them to provide the items ordered, they apparently couldn't because they came back and offered a 50% discount or full refund. They collected items 6 weeks ago and I still have not received a refund or a reply to my emails yet. I have had to contact Consumer Direct and also credit card company.
Ordered furniture from Mamas and Papas, delivered within 2 weeks with no problems and quality seems much better.
