General Comments
After having my computer hacked into I reported not known transactions going out of my bank account. I had to cancel my card and was told I would receive my new one in 3 to 5 working days. That was 12 days ago. I have rung the bank everyday for the last week and keep being fobbed off. I had all of the money go out of my account and was told there was absolutely nothing they could do to help me. So I sit here 12 days on with no money in my account with bills piling up and no help from Barclays. When this is all sorted out I will be closing my account and will be banking elsewhere.
