General Comments
Some days ago I tried to book a flight to Brazil. While I was heading towards the end of the booking procedure - i.e. I gave my credit card details already - the website got stuck. I looked at my credit card account and found out that the money had been already grabbed. I called the customer service to know if I got the flight and they told me that there was no booking because actually the flight displayed on the website was no longer available.
In summary, (i) the information displayed was not reliable and (ii) which is simply outrageous, they grabbed the money without providing the ticket!!!
The customer service told me that the money have been reverted to my account but it's gonna take 8 working days. Hopefully I will get the money back in the end. Lastminute.com - never again!
