Good Points

The Card Looks Good.


Bad Points

Card Supplied with Pin Number. There should be funds on the Card, but alas no such luck. I cannot access my own funds.


General Comments

Halifax Bank cannot activate the Card for the use intended.
Even purchased a 2 x Hard Drives and Computers on behalf of Halifax Bank to assist them to and enable the loading of the Card with funds. Have been trying for 4 weeks without success. Spent a fortune and do not have the pleasure of spending my money. Image a pensioner purchasing a Computer and Hard Drive for a reputable bank. Amazing is it not?
Furthermore no one at Halifax Bank UK or Spain seems to be interested enough to sort out this problems without having to pay more and more money for the privilege of having access to my funds.
The Card I have is an American Express Card. I have tried the Call Centre, without success. It seems that the Executive Staff are so protected no one can speak to them. Credit Card problems do not fall in the category of Executives or senior personnel. Wait for hours on the Call Centre and get nowhere.
