Car was undamaged. Car park seemed secure. Price was reasonable. Customer Service - We were the first ones on the drop off bus to be taken to the airport. After waiting a fair period of time the bus had filled up apart from 2 seats. When I politely explained to the driver that my flight was due to leave soon (we were later than anticipated due to traffic) he shrugged his shoulders and walked away, telling me the bus wasn't full and he wasn't leaving until it was. We missed our flight by 3 minutes and since it was the last flight of the night to our destination, had to fork out for a hotel near to the airport as we aren't local.
Coming back from the airport we called the number on the form as it instructed. We were told that a van would be with us 'now' and to go straight to the bus stop. We ran to the bus stop....and had to wait for ages. More bad customer service..... Will never use Purple Parking again due to the terrible customer service provided.
