switches off, little support outside warranty period
General Comments
Just after the warranty expired my BT Synergy 4500 became a nightmare. when you try to answer it or make a call it switches itself off. Its incredibly annoying. Its the worst piece of tat Ive ever wasted money on. I will complain to BT about this bad product. Then buy a different brand
