Bad Points

Plane delays, poor customer service in the hotel and airport, a poor rep on site....terrible complaint responses from them upon our return


General Comments

We experienced a 6 hour delay on departure to Mexico. We got thrown out of the seats we had been previously given (by a window) and ended up at the very back of the plane in the middle section due to them changing our plane. Finally arrived at the hotel feeling absolutely exhausted, tried to get into the room we had been given and found another couple in there. (bear in mind this was now midnight due to the delay and we had been up for over 24 hours). By the time we were reassigned a room it only contained one bed instead of the 2 we had asked for initially and received in the already occupied room. Got told tough luck by the hotel. Were reassigned another room the following day onto to find ourselves right above the bar which played thumping music until 2am every morning. Had to change rooms for a 3rd time! Tried to make a complaint upon return and received laughable replies to my letters. They would not answer any of my points. It was by far the most negative holiday experience that I have ever had.
