Good Points

The only positive point is the name is easy to remember


Bad Points

Although rented without mileage restriction through Yahoo, a mileage restriction was applied afterwards that pretty much doubled the rental costs! The same scheme is used through Carrental.com
Extremely rude behavior of the clerk.
Billed in CAN$ instead of US$ as per contract.
No management was available to discuss the matter. All personnel used.


General Comments

They use various webpages clearly stating that there is no mileage restriction. However, a mileage restriction is in the contract. The clerk does not indicate this when you take the car and you get hit on your return. Even if you notice it, it is difficult to get a car from an alternative provider when you are in another city.

Add rude behavior to it and you got an ugly mixture!
