Good points, the touch downs are the best. Bad points, 1. The customer service is poor. i.e the CSR treats customers' as if air jamaica is the only airline.
2. The refunds Department needs a complete make over.
3. Some of the Air Jamaica sales/ CSR team need to be put under review.
4. The Montego Bay ticketing office/CSR are extremely unprofessional. Treats customers like they need to treated like customers and not like dependents.
