Bad Points
Horrible delays and poor Service
General Comments
We experienced a terrible delay on the way and were not told the reasons for it/given updates. No free snacks etc were offered as compensation for our delay, even though we had all missed at least one meal whist waiting for the flight. The holiday rep was unhelpful and made us feel like we had no right to complain. Writing to their customer service centre on return resulted in a pathetic inpersonal, run of the mill response. Would never recommend them or fly with First Choice again.
