Prices seem very low - best I could find on internet

Items shown as instock - then turned out to be out of stock. Delayed communications.


General Comments

If you can't guess from points above about Sendit.com, I searched and searched for a DVD - found what I thought was an excellent bargain on their site. Placed the order 10 days ago, only to get (in my opinion) a non-apologetic - almost rude email:

We are sorry to advise that your order is no longer available at our suppliers. Please be assured that we have contacted alternative sources and regrettably we were unable to obtain your item.

Your order has been cancelled and no payment has been taken.

This product will be removed from our website in due course.

I have checked their website today and the DVD is still marked as 'in stock' - this really is not very good in my opinion. First and last time I will use this website. It is a shame as their prices seem excellent.
