Good Points

If you are a new customer and want in insurance, they will pick the phone up immediately and the service is second to none.


Bad Points

They do not take care of existing customers, do not offer them incentives and do not manage existing claims in a timely and satisfactory manner.


General Comments

I have been with Privilege for many years. I have had two claims with them which were not my fault and it took over a year for the first to be resolved and the second is still ongoing. I have tried to ring them and been on the phone waiting again and again for over 45 mins. I have written letters of complaint and they do not respond to these. I would warn anyone away from Priviledge car insurance! The other members of my family have gone elsewhere and I intend to do the same in November when my policy runs out.
