Helpful staff. Quick delivery. Next day collection (even when completing the request on Sunday!)
General Comments
I was back in London for the weekend to complete my packing, having arranged the boxes to be delivered with Voovit to my sister's place beforehand. I filled in the forms online on Sunday evening, paid the balance and booked the collection. There were problems with the ParcelForce system, so there was a slight departure from the normal procedure, but the staff were very helpful and they answered my emails really quickly. The collection was made on Monday as requested and the boxes arrived in Madrid on Thursday with not a scratch on them. I think this is a great service, certainly the cheapest I have found, and I have recommended it to all my friends, most of whom are international visitors in London.
